It began with the dreams of two women who loved orphan advocacy from girlhood…
Wildflowers International is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by a mother and daughter team with a passion for approaching orphan care through prevention and education.
“We are not to simply bandage the wounds of victims beneath the wheels of injustice, we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself.”
-Dietrich Bonhoeffer
We believe the body of Christ has the responsibility to care for the lost, the orphaned, and the forgotten. That, through the way we portray the Gospel, children and families will know they belong, have hope, and are chosen and deeply loved.
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world”. James 1:27
Family empowerment is the ultimate goal of Wildflowers International, the fate of the world rests in the hands of our families.
